If there was a 6th or 7th star, I would also award it. It was not the first time we were there today, but every visit is a special experience. Delicious baked goods, delicious ice cream and everything served with love.

Somewhat hidden, but worth looking for. Homemade pies, fresh snacks, a super delicious homemade lemonade and friendly hosts. What else wants more? Right, the view and that's really terrific. This alone is worth the visit.

A visit to the cafe, which one can only recommend: - Magnificent view, - nice service, very friendly, - Delicious cake, ice cream and a snack lovingly prepared and served. - On request, there are also suggestions for attractions in the region. We have returned several times during our holiday and come back in any case, because we like the place very much. We wish the operator-couple many nice guests and thank you for the hospitality.

It was very nice here. We happened to return here on Christmas day on the way back from Fichtelberg and felt very comfortable. Cakes, drinks and seasoning were delicious. The hosts are super nice and friendly. The cafe can be highly recommended.

On a sunny Sunday afternoon we visited the Hammerbergcafé in Rittersgrün full of anticipation. Newly opened at the beginning of September we heard only good and now we wanted to convince ourselves. Just so we got a seat near the counter. The lovingly designed conservatory was packed to the last seat. In the great view even understandable. The service was, although a large company was there, fast and extremely friendly. It was very nice advice and thus you quickly found something. No matter what we tried this afternoon, we were never disappointed. The cake, the profiterole with fruit salad or the homemade lemonade. Everything was just fantastic. Absolutely affordable, you get fresh and regional dishes here. The cafe has its own charm, which the extremely sympathetic owners have a large share. Something that misses the region long is thus back. A café with identity and a direct line to the surroundings. While I wrote these and other reviews, I sat in her conservatory, drinking a good coffee, enjoying the rain drumming on the roof and gazing out over the autumnal Erzgebirge.
